SA Primary Health Care Conference
The SA Primary Health Care Conference aimed to connect the primary health care workforce to facilitate a collaborative, integrated and responsive health care system through effective communication, commitment and partnerships. Jointly hosted by Adelaide PHN and Country SA PHN, the conference was designed for all primary health care professionals and was an opportunity for both PHNs to showcase programs and commissioned services and to foster innovation and collaboration within our regions’.
